However, the store often feels chaotic due to low staffing, which impacts the staff's ability to manage both the register and the store. Some items are frequently low in stock or out of stock. Customer service varies; one cashier was very helpful and went out of her way to honor a coupon, while other staff members, particularly some serving employees, have been described as unfriendly or even racist. Overall, it’s a decent store with good prices but inconsistent service.
It's a mess, but you can find what you need. Good service.

The cleanest and most organized Dollar General I've ever shopped in. I was so amazed that I almost forgot why I was visiting the store.. Hats off to Dollar General on Westinghouse Blvd. Charlotte NC

The employees have major attitude problems. Why do they work here if they don't like working with people. I hate coming here because of the employees attitudes. I would love to see some new employees here with better attitudes.
