Busy with people picking up last minute Christmas wrapping supplies and in fact, they're out of wrapping paper. Lots of bags and bows and tissue paper but no wrapping paper.
I love how when they decide to open another checkout register, people who were not waiting in line just jump ahead. Ignorant.
