Dollar Tree in Charlotte, NC, is a popular destination for affordable shopping, offering a wide range of products, including craft supplies, household items, and seasonal décor. Over the past three years, the store has improved its customer service and expanded its product selection, making it more efficient and inclusive. Shoppers appreciate the variety and value, often describing the experience as akin to treasure hunting in a thrift shop, despite occasional clutter. While there are great deals to be found, some customers feel the $5 section can get pricey if they linger too long. However, not all experiences have been positive, as some have reported rudeness from the store manager. Overall, Dollar Tree remains a go-to spot for budget-friendly essentials and unique finds.
As much as I absolutely love Dollar Tree, this one is mediocre. They, of course, have reasonable prices but it’s a smaller store than most other dollar trees I’ve been to so there’s less variety of items. Items tend to end up everywhere and the $5 items aren’t clearly marked differently from the regular $1.25 items.
