Absolutely the worst products ever imported into America. Their call center lies about everything and stalls to run out the warranty.Do not buy anything from this pathetic brand of complete failure.

Worst customer service! I purchased an extended warranty with my washing machine. It is a total lemon. The local tech is great, but ELECTROLUX refuses to honor the warranty. Now they claimed it has been canceled. I will never be buying from this company again.

Suggest working on your products and warranty plan. Trying to get someone who actually cares about the customer is non existent. Really it’s embarrassing for a brand in 2024 to have the issues Electrolux has.
