“I had an excellent experience with Queen City! From the salesperson to the delivery and installation, I was well pleased. Johnathan Johnson was an excellent salesman. He was patient while I reviewed all the options and took my time making a decision and he did an excellent job recording the needed information as evidenced by the delivery and purchase documents.I could not have asked for a more efficient delivery and installation. Even though only one of the 3 delivery crew seemed to speak English, he was an excellent communicator. The delivery men took special pains not to damage my hardwood floors and avoiding my low hanging foyer light despite both the old and new refrigerators being very heavy and a challenge to get in and out of the built-in cabinetry. I could not have asked for a more efficient and professional delivery and installation. Five stars to Queens City! I highly recommend them for both their prices and the quality of their sales and delivery!”

“After calling several places to find a box to return my 75 inch tv Felecia picked up went the extra mile to find a box that would fit my tv! She even held the box by customer service until I got there as it was the last one in stock. Once I got to my car I noticed that the box wouldn't fit in my Camaro. I was about to cry and give as it's been a rough day until I was introduced to ray. Ray went above and beyond to help me strap my box to the car so I can return my tv! The customer service is quite good, though there have been a few times I had to wait a little longer in the lumber section due to the shortage of staff to cut some pieces of wood I purchased. Most of the items I want are always available in store.”

“I'm giving a 4 because this is better than your average Home Depot. Selection like any HD is massive and you can get even more inventory delivered to the store. Prices for most items are not the cheapest but certain items are actually quite solid for example Round Up while others are gauging like shelf liners. They are always well stocked and never have been out of the item I needed. Most departments (most) I was able to get good help quickly often just from a friendly associate walking by (not the case in places like NY, NJ, CA, south Florida or even Georgia). Cons: One area that we got no help ever was blinds / curtains, etc. the back left side of the store can be a ghost town of employees but everywhere else I always found one easily. selection of connectors for washers, dryers, etc was pretty limited.”

“Christmas eve my freezer quit working. I went on You Tube and checked what it may be. After cleaning the coils and checking for frost it looked like it may be the thermostat. My wife and I were ready to purchase another refrigerator because everyone I was calling was closed for the holiday. I called Appliance Outlet and spoke with a gentleman, I do not recall his name, sorry, and when I asked about a thermostat he had me try a little trick with the wires and told me if this works THEN buy your thermostat. Even gave me a number to call to get one. Well it worked and with help from You Tube I installed it and everything works great!! Thanks for your honesty and help. I will look to you for my next appliance.”
