“I purchased a washer for my extra unit. I looked online and seen the washer. I did everything over the phone. We set the date and time for delivery. They came on time and installed my new washer in less than 15 mins. It was 2 guys, I remember one of the guys name which was Reggie. I didn’t get a chance to see the other gentleman’s name. They were very professional and made sure my washer worked before they left. I definitely will be doing more business in the future. Thank you!”

“The Morganton store where I originally purchased my appliance is temporarily closed, so I'm doing a review here instead. I bought a range from Queen City 3 years ago. It broke over a month ago, and I've been getting the absolute run around from the extended service contract company. I got in touch with Queen City, and Cianna (who originally sold me the range) was on it in about 10 minutes with a phone call, replacement options, etc.
Feel free to see my review of New Leaf Services Contract if you want to know my experience with them (bad!), but Queen City itself is fantastic.”

“I have been in Charlotte for 3 years from Myrtle Beach. I had all my furniture in a storage facility. Unfortunately I lost all of my furniture. So I needed everything. Ms. Ikea and Mr Kenny made my purchase quick and a simple process! The delivery people were quick and knowledgeable, concerning putting my furniture together. “I am undertaking a pretty serious plumbing job replacing all the fixtures in the tub without flooding the house so I have someone helping me and they gave me instructions of what to get. But they don't live here. The extent of my Plumbing experience is replacing the parts in a toilet tank.
In the plumbing section at Home Depot they sent Gabe to me.
Gabe was exactly the right person I needed to ask for help. He not only knew pretty much everything about what I was attempting, he was very patient listening to me and asking questions.
Were that store closer to me he would be my go-to person every single time ... in fact, I would probably call ahead and ask if he was there.

Went inside to ask about it, but the person didn’t know what was going on. Said it had something to do with some managers.
Anyone know what’s happening with it?
My kids (both under 8) are pretty upset that they can’t see their “friend” anymore, a little green lizard.”

“Home Depot occasionally carries the exact products I need for a home improvement job. This shopping trip was no different. I went to Homes Depot to get paint for a project I had coming up. I can't recall the name of the assistant, but he was really professional and courteous, helping me with a few brushes and project prep supplies after mixing the paint for me.After deciding to have a quick look around a few aisles - window shopping - I noticed that although the store was tidy, the overall stocked areas in the store could definitely give a shopper the that it was cluttered. The self-checkout line was lengthy, so I wish they had a register open, but the check-out process was easy. Overall, I would most certainly return for any projects or requirements I have around the house.”

“I called to see if they could repair my Zephyr hood, but unfortunately they don't do repairs. However, Greg and Alex put me in touch with 2 companies who do (and who both have 5-star reviews), so I was able to get in touch with a reputable service provider, instead of Googling and finding a random company who may or may not rip me off. The fact that they took time out of their day to help me with this, rather than saying "We don't do repairs" and hanging up on me, lets me know that I will be using/recommending them in the future when I need a new appliance or do any renovating. So, so nice and above and beyond!”
“I gave this Home Depot 4 stars. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance finding materials. Checkout moved reasonably quickly even on a busy Saturday. A couple of items I wanted were out of stock, which was a mild inconvenience, but overall the store is clean, well-organized, and convenient for everyday home needs.”

“People beware never ever ever buy an appliance through Electrolux/Frigidaire I purchased a Frigidaire stove. The stove is three months old. I had two gas leaks. They refused to replace the stove. I have been without a stove since December 26 prior to that I was out without a stove from October 24 to the following Friday then again through the holiday All the representatives do is tell you how sorry they are and nobody does anything. Do not purchase from them. They are the worst customer service once you buy the product. You're all done. They don't care about anything after that. Do not purchase their products. Beware look them up on Facebook how bad their customer service and their products are look at the reviews online a mistake I gravely regret I didn't do”
