I had a great experience picking up and returning my rental. Craig checked ne out and did a wonderful job. The 2 ladies at the front were friendly and gave great customer service. When I first picked up my rental, one of the guys stayed on the phone waiting to speak with my insurance company for over an hour until someone helped us. So, the whole staff is very helpful and welcoming!

Horrible, rude, condescending attitudes like they own all the vehicles. Especially the black girl with blonde and black lace front. UPDATE: Contacted customer support today and another lie told, still waiting on callback that will never happen.

Exceptional service at Enterprise Rentals! The staff, especially Noah and Daisy, were incredibly professional and polite. Their attention to detail and customer care made my experience top-notch. Highly recommend!

Do not go to this location. Very unprofessional. They never answer there phone. Hardly ever have a decent selection of cars. Always crowded and only have one person trying to service everyone. They never have the cars clean and ready. Normally you have to wait a good 20-40 minutes to get a car, that you typically had reserved and should've been ready. Meanwhile you have this one lady sitting in the back the whole time. She's not servicing anyone, nor is she answering the phone.

Ask for my girl T! This was my first time getting a rental and it was sooo smooth. They took care of me in seconds. Even returning it, T was a pleasure to chit-chat with! Took care of me fast & with no problems. I’ll be back for my second rental real soon! ??

They gave me the most raggedy car I’ve ever experienced in my life from enterprise.When modified my reservation to pick the rental up an hour later than my original booking. the rental still was not ready when I got there. Was told it needed an oil change. I eventually got set up with an Elantra, when we checked the car gas light was on, gas hand on E. Now I’m accustomed to the gas being on 1/4 tank (I rent From here all the time) but to have to putt putt to the gas station immediately after pulling off the lot is ridiculous.I drove the car for about 15 minutes then the (!) light came on, tire pressure was at 19… now I admit I did Not look at the dash board when the agent checked the car but if the tire sensor came on for me after driving it only a few miles then I KNOW someone had to know the tire pressure was down.I had to stop multiple times to pump the tire up, adding about an hour and half to my trip both ways. Once I got To my destination i attempted contact on Saturday to report, possibly get a replacement from another enterprise and of course no one called me back (today is Tuesday).I had to cut my trip short because I was so scared to be driving on the road with a bum tire, even though I reserved the rental for Friday-Monday. It was not used on Monday except to bring it back to the business. I will be asking for a refund for that day!Even dropping off the vehicle was mess because of all the cars being turned in it was almost impossible to find somewhere to park the rentals. The lot was full when I went So I can Only imagine what type of mess the employees walked into today.Highly disappointed, I’ll be checking out hertz for my next rental needs

Promised a car. I arrived, nothing but mini vans. No accommodations, no attempts at fixing or offering another car. Just a “too bad, so sad” kind of attitude. You’re better off going to the airport.

I will never go to this location again. Every time I rent from this location, the assistant manager gives my husband and I a hard time. This specific time she told me she would not rent to me if we did not purchase their damage wavier. She told me if we could not prove we had insurance we had to buy it. Now I have rented from enterprise numerous times and no other location has given me a hard time. I was paying with a cc and they verified my address and the car they wanted to give me smelled straight like weed. I elected to not rent from them and went to another location and they serviced me with no problem. I do not recommend this location to anybody.

Worst experience ever. Was put into a vehicle covered by my insurance. They did not call to ask if I wanted to extend my rental. And just began to bill me. Finally 4 days later they called and left a voicemail telling me they tried to bill my card and it didn’t go through and to bring back the car or else. They also said my insurance emailed them 3 days after I needed to return the car so they weren’t aware. Spoke with my adjuster who said she had only been in contact by phone and they were aware of when I should have given it back. They sent an invoice July 31 saying I had a $0 balance because they were able to finally charge my card. Now I received a new invoice dated August 8 demanding an additional $136! Saying that the previous invoice didn’t include my portion even though the insurance adjuster confirmed my portion. Maybe it’s just that location but I won’t use them again.

Would never recommend. Worst rental place ever. Once they cancelled the car before pick-up time. And when we spend on taxi and went they said, we thought you will not come.Other day, They wanted to not give us car as they were thinking, they can rent it to someone else for more.And yes, they did that again. They didn't give it to us. Not trust worthy. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

My father Rodney Grisson, rented at this location, the branch manager Ben lied in the notes on the account he stated “daughter was driving vehicle” never once has daughter gotten behind the wheel, the young lady/ which identifies as a male was very rude laughed in our face wouldn’t extend rental, all around horrible customer service IF I GIVE 0 stars I would. Also recorded the representative laughing in my face as we asked for the keys because my father was hot sitting outside. She said no come sit inside (this was after we found out they were refusing to extend rental AGAIN for no Ben’s own reasons I believe Ben is very Racist! Corporate has been contacted.

Booked a reservation for a vehicle to be picked up at 9AM. I received a confirmation voicemail at 8AM that same morning from their office. I called the number back 4 times to inform them that I'd be 30-40 minutes late. No one answered the phone nor returned my phone call. I get to Enterprise and am informed that there are no more SUV's which I had specifically requested. The management trainee, Jasmine Wilson said that because I was late they gave my car to another client. I showed her my multiple attempts to call their office, she did not care nor acknowledge it.So she offers me a pick up truck that hadn't been cleaned out from the previous reservation and the gas tank was on E. I requested they at least fill up the fuel... I wait for that to happen. Already an hour has gone by and I am witnessing multiple frustrated clients come in and out of their office.While waiting, another customer returned their SUV rental. They get it cleaned out then Jasmine offers me the vehicle at a higher rate. I asked for them to honor my original rate that I had booked the SUV for. It felt like she was intentionally making my experience so difficult. I asked to speak with her manager Ben W. Coles. He surprisingly turned out to be even more unprofessional, dressed in swim trunks and an Enterprise T-Shirt...I explain my frustrations and he continued to blame be for running late as an excuse for their poor customer service, refusing to honor my original rate. Finally, I decide to go ahead and just pay the higher rate but now they say the SUV is no longer available, they gave it to the other frustrated client. I was blown away at their lack of professionalism. It was just a build up of one thing after another. I was patient the entire hour while waiting for them to get it together. At this point I make my frustrations clear and known to the managers but never did I threaten or disrespect any of the employees. Ben Coles said that I could take my business elsewhere because they will no longer rent a vehicle to me. I have never been treated so poorly or refused to be serviced. It felt like I was being discriminated against.

Booked a car through insurance, they won’t answer the phone to change a reservation and they said their CS line doesn’t actually do anything but throw your info into a void. Honestly a trash place. They don’t care about customers and don’t care about wasting your time and money.

Rented a van on a Monday and set up a reservation for that Saturday. Having to drive 3 hours away to pick up summer camp kids. According to them, They called and left a voicemail to cancel on friday. Failure to notify of cancelation of reservation. Crowded, no parking, not easy to work with. Enterprise system itself is messed up,
