Why is the door locked in the middle of the day with no sign on the door explaining why it's closed!!

Now the NEW employees are just as slow and just as rude as times past. Yelling out to a paying customer to “have a blessed day”, knowing full well she was being sarcastic was the icing on the cake for me…..I’m not going to shop there again.
