Refused service to me due to my package not being in a fed ex branded box. When I told them that this is how I received the package from fed ex they said” I don’t care”. Extremely rude service

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Telmo at this FedEx. He was very professional and awesome to work with. He was able to guide me and help me out with my needs while wearing a smile on his face. This will be my FedEx store as long as I'm in this area. Thank you for all your help, Telmo!

Really awful experience. No customer service. Not interested in helping. They acted like I was a burden asking for a simple photo printed. Run, don’t walk, to another location.

The clerk refused to accept my prelabeled FedEx ground package claiming that the box I had my shipment in was not sturdy enough. I ship things all the time between business sites in these boxes and never have a problem. To me, it seems like he was just going above and beyond to scam me into paying $7 for a box that said FedEx on the side. That's the problem with these franchise copy centers. They're so dunghill I'm making a sale that they won't really service you if you're just a FedEx customer and not buying something from them. Never go here, and I hope FedEx corporate reconsiders whether they want this location associated with their name.

I believer her name was Dee...she came through on such a BIG level last weekend. We had to print for a big event, last minute. And, not only did she make sure it was printed, but it was done by the time we got off the phone. Thankful for this exchange!

0 stars if I could. Go to a different store or get new employees. Had a terrible experience with taller female assistant manager and for the 2nd time another terrible experience with shorter female manager(this time she proceeded to watch her employee and not come address the customer). If you have any type of return from Wayfair, amazon, etc please don't come here. Really if you need anything in general don't come here. Store associates will try to do whatever they can to deny your return package when we're just customers trying to get our money back from an online purchase. Had an experience with 4 boxes from Wayfair from a frameless shower enclosure. Had a box that needed tape and was told I needed a new box when it clearly just needed the flaps on the side taped. They were having issues with the QR label printer so I had to call wayfair to get them to send me more codes. Once they sent me more codes I went back inside and the store associate took their time to clean off the counter and then proceeded to dump the trash in the back that was not even relevant to helping me. Clearly trying to upset me and get me to leave the store. The shower glass was in it's box and in the back of a covered truck bed. Upon arrival to the store we opened the truck bed on a rainy day to bring in the box and was told because box was wet we couldn't return it which was just from the rain outside that we had to carry it in on. This was probably the 3rd time I dealt with an issue at this store as they will try whatever they can to deter your returns as they are unfortunately too lazy. Also, if a bigger box or heavy the associates will try to deny it for a small hole, bring out a tape measure to say it's too large(when it's not), and a number of other ways. Pictures attached of boxes that were "too wet" and one that was non returnable because of the condition of the box. Needless to say went to another Fedex and they happily took the boxes with a smile.Unfortunately the assistant manager told me customer service and the district manager would have no issues with how they treated me and my father.

I do not expect much from people with one syllable names and Dee was no different. Unwelcoming and clear that it being 730p and the store closing at 8 was not only her problem but everyone’s problem. I wish I was born with more thumbs so I could give this interaction more than 2 thumbs down.

Dee and the FedEx Printing Center in South Park (Charlotte) hits it out of the park! Quick responses, delivery far ahead of what I expected, and great service! Hats off to Dee!

Ronnie absolutely came through for me with a last-minute request after a certain pharmacy let me down. He was understanding and kind as my pregnant self came in huffing and puffing on this hot day desperate to get a document printed. I'm so grateful for his kindness and patience.
