The wait is real-real! Staff are nice but clearly the staff had no supervision as many were horseplaying, cutting up, carrying on, etc., everything but taking care of business, and with a parking lot full of cars waiting to be serviced. I waited over 3 hours just to get my tire repaired and had a scheduled appointment hours before.

This is the place to go for your complete auto care. The technicians, Master Mechanic (Tony), Manager (Brandon) and Front Desk (James) are highly knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Their work is impeccable and efficiency level high. I have recently moved here. I have decided I will be taking my vehicle here whenever she needs maintenance. Thanks to you all for taking such good care of my vehicle and myself, getting me back on the road quickly.

I’ve given this location chance after chance and they fail every time! If you value your time , go somewhere else. Appointment was made at 2PM the day prior to the requested time, no confirmation was received until an hour before the actual appointment (day of). Once arrived , the tech is “sick” and had to leave work the day prior. I was a little confused on why the appointment was even confirmed with this knowledge. On top of that the person at the desk had to literally call the tech from his cellphone to see if he was coming in or not as there were three other cars waiting for him. I asked for them to cancel my appointment but instead received an email confirmation with a new appointment date and time! Unreal! Do better Firestone!!!

Recently cane to this Firestone and they have taken more than four hours to do an oil change, tire patching and a tire alignment. I do not recommend coming here every time that I come it takes hours to do something I came here at 12:30 PM my appointment was for 1 PM and it’s 4:11 PM and I’m still here

Firestone did a great job greeting me upon arrival. Asking about my car issues and giving me a idea of what may possibly be wrong. I was asked if I would be leaving the vehicle or staying in the lobby. After about 30 minutes the technician came back with the issue, how it could be corrected and other findings. Verified which items I wanted to handle and completed the work. Great visit!

I made an appointment on 2-4-25 in person to purchase tires on 2-10-25 at 8:00 AM. When the appointment was made the employed checked and said the tires were available. On 2-10-25, I arrived at my appointment at 8:00 AM and was informed the tires were not available and the employee had not checked to see if the were. I went back home. I received a call at approximately 10:30 saying the tires had just arrived and could be put on the vehicle at 12:00 noon. I brought the vehicle back and the tires were put on the vehicle and I left. Shortly after that a third trip was made because two of the tire caps were not placed on the tires. On the way home after getting the tires put on I noticed the stirring wheel was very dirty from the employee driving my vehicle. The customer service isn't very good at the Albemarle Rd location.

They flushed out our brakes and changed the rotors. A week later the brakes went out completely while driving... I definitely don't recommend coming here. 🤣

I think this location used to be good, but the current staff is very unprofessional and incompetent. They made my alignment worse than it was when I brought my car in. When I called back, they said they would add a free oil change to my account since I have the lifetime alignment. When I called to schedule my next oil change, there was nothing on my account. On top of that, the person I spoke to had me repeat my phone number three times because he kept getting distracted, making it seem like I wasn’t saying it correctly.
Not usually one to complain but customer service is not a priority for this location and definitely would recommend to stay away.

Please avoid this store (really the whole brand). I got almost $3000 worth of work done here just for them to rip me off and half ass do the work. 7 months later I should not be almost losing a tire bc of a missing pin (took it to them three time trying to figure out what was wrong, they told me nothing). These ppl either do not know what they are doing or they do know and just wanted you to keep spending money. Had to spend another almost $1000 just to keep from rolling down a hill. They do not care about ppl, throw the whole team and the store away.
