Don’t come here, the environment seems racist. Came for air in one tire and the technician was extremely rude and had no courtesy at all. I will never come back.

The oil change and inspection was quick and convenient and the manager, Justin was very personable. My only issue was a suggestion to have my brake fluid replaced because it appeared old and needed replacement. I accepted but then found that I had just had the brake fluid replaced less than 30-days prior; therefore, definitely not a need. I paid extra for a service not needed based on a recommendation which adds to the stereotypical, take advantage of a woman story. I did go back to show the manager where I had just had the service done and asked if perhaps we could simply credit the amount toward an alignment that I would pay the difference for; however, I was told that the only offering would be to discount a future oil change. Being that I rarely drive my BMW, it will be quite a while before that oil change is needed and by then, I bet everyone will forget or management will change. It definitely didn't leave me with a happy feeling.

I give the two stars because my tire was changed and I had no issues with the actual service to the vehicle. The gentleman named Justin is the cause of the poor review. His demeanor and attitude far surpasses what is expected as a lady entering a vehicle repair shop. I think as any female does when entering a male dominated area a bit of reserve and maybe an assumed lack of knowledge from the workers is always present. However, Justin went above and beyond with a lackluster, short response attitude when trying to handle a payment with his customer. He was a bit unfriendly and lacked appropriate customer service attitude from the moment I walked in the door, and while I understand work is stressful and payment hiccups decrease patience of anyone; the lack of customer service and lack of drive to find a solution was unfathomable. He performs as the manager of this location- and if he is such I suggest learning how to handle customer issues with grace and not an attitude. I would also like to note it took another man coming in on my behalf to actually find a solution. Services getting done is amazing but customer service is half the job, and Justin unfortunately lacks the latter.

Never truly had a problem here until it was time for them to be responsible for their work. On or around Jun 24th brought my work truck in for an oil change and possibly replace one or two tires. They recommend replacing all 4 as well as a wheel alignment because the outsides of my tires were prematurely wearing down. Get it approved as they are a national account, work done and I’m on my way. Fast forward to Sept 13th for another oil change. After the oil change the Mgr tells me I need new front tires and a wheel alignment. I asked why and he tells me the two front tires are wearing out on the outside edges. I had to now remind him that when I brought my truck in this past June that was supposed to have been addressed. He quickly changes his tune to “not sure why they are using all season passenger tires instead of something with a harder sidewall” Why didn’t you ask this question back in June before charging my company for 4 new tires and a wheel alignment? Told him I wasn’t buying new tires, that they need to fix their work. The wheel alignment obviously caused the premature wear and the tires were brand new. One of the other managers had the audacity and stupidity to tell me that I had already driven 9k miles on them so they aren’t responsible. Yeah he got ignored quickly but in the end they didn’t help nor offered any realistic solutions. Had to almost beg for a replacement under the warranty but even then I was advised they didn’t have the tires in stock and they were short handed. So it would probably sometime next week that they could get to it. I drive daily for work. I put 9000 miles on these new tires in less than 3 months and you want me to wait? Needless to say my Mgr told me to leave and we would stop using them as a service company for our fleet. No one could help me on the customer service line, in person and haven’t received my promised callback yet from the survey I submitted. On a whole Firestone is hot garbage and they do not respect their customers or put any meaningful guarantee in the work they do.

The staff was very friendly. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the issues were taken care of.

Had my tire rotated and when I started driving, the steering wheel was shaking a lot. I was informed I needed a tire balance. Instead of stating to come right back (it was 4:30p and the shop closed at 7p) I was informed that I couldn't bring the car back that day and needed to wait until the next day. Had a road trip the next day that evening, glad it wasn't a morning trip. However, when I arrived the next morning, the tech informed me that his manager informed him that I would be in that morning and they took good care of me, and I left with my car driving smoothly! Although I was a little annoyed that I couldn't get my car fixed that same day, they ensured it was taken care of the next morning. Would still recommend their service.

broke my glove box and claimed it was already broken when they opened it then proceeded to leave it on the floor instead of trying to put it back

Had great experience here; day 1. Had all 4 tires replaced; and best alignment. A few hours after leaving; car was pulling hard right. Was pouring rain; so I did not inspect anything. Went to car next day; totally flat right front tire; so THATS why it was pulling hard yesterday; mostly flat. I put air in via hand pump; and noticed that the leak was where the air went into valve stem; I could hear the air noise change when I put my finger over valve stem inlet. I dropped the car off next day; they called and said problem was slightly bent rim. I told him I didn't believe this caused the leak. He told me; "come on in and we'll show you." I thought, I'll have them reinstall tire with properly secured valve stem needle; but when I got there; they had already put "bead sealer" on rim; and said "no leak." But I already had found the air leaking out valve stem inlet. So they did fix this; off course nuisance to go back. I also wanted a new tire; since driving a tire flat is bad for any tire (especially the steel wires inside). They did not want to give me a different new tire; stating that tire looked fine; both inside and out. Would not go back. The people there are friendly; prices good; but if you don't own your mistake on my terms; I'm through with you. Nothing personal; just normal business attitude we all should have. I feel strongly that the leak was not due to slightly bent rim (which they did show me where bent); because the old tires had no leaks; AND I heard the air leak noise change when I lightly put my finger over the valve stem air inlet.

Update! ....Unfortunately I spoke too soon. As stated on my intial review below, this was my first experience with Firestone, and it will be my last.
I paid a $120 for a diagnostic(which doesn't go towards any work needed, after diagnostic) for them to tell me the same thing I came in telling them. I had a misfire P0304... to be told they charge $200 to replace "ONE" ignition coil on my 2016 Hyundai Elantra. There was no physical diagnosis of the car. Just put i the computer. I checked in around 9:10am and was back in my car at 9:40am. Needless to say, I got all four coils replaced for under that amount.
"First time ever experiencing Firestone. New tire installation, returning for diagnostic to get clarity on a new issue. I look forward to doing more business with this location. The staff was very helpful and patient with all my concerns."

I needed an oil change quick and called to see if they would be able to take me as a walk-in. They were able to take my car as a drop off and quoted a 2-4 hour completion window, which was good with me. They completed the work in just under an hour, which was amazing.

The service was horrible; the repairs were not done properly and the tire was still leaking air. The rep did not bother to tell me why I did not have a warranty or why there was a leak in the first place. The rep didn't even bother to tell me that I did not buy the tires from firestone even I after I told him that I thought I did. They could have told me that I did not buy the tires from Fireatone. Customer service is less than minimum-standard quality and workers need training. If I could give a 0 rating, I would!

I want to give a shout out to a mechanic here. JACOB, thank you for your great manners and customer service. Even though I didn't go with the recommended service, he was still so polite and accommodating. So refreshing in today's society. Thanks again for for service. Make sure you give him a wave when you see him.
