Fitness Connection is a large, affordable gym chain with over 40 locations. Its clubs are known for being expansive, often over 60,000 square feet, and filled with rows of cardio and strength equipment. Amenities include premiere studio spaces, basketball courts, and a popular Kids Club that members and their children enjoy. Many members report positive experiences with friendly staff and effective personal training, calling it their favorite gym. However, experiences can vary. Some members find the equipment not modern and note issues with specific machines having unclear weight settings. A significant and frequent complaint concerns unreliable opening times, with staff sometimes being late or not showing up for the 5 a.m. opening, leaving dozens of members waiting. Occasional problems with parking and space, especially during events, are mentioned. Furthermore, promotional offers like free trial days can lead to discouraging experiences, as some returning members find them inaccessible and feel unwelcome compared to new customers. The gym provides substantial value and amenities, but consistency in operations and member service can be inconsistent.
I’ve been a regular here for over 6 years. I give 4 stars because the price has been under $10 the entire time. The equipment is good enough. If something is broken or not working correctly, it will be fixed in a month or so.They are open on holidays very often. It’s hard to beat their prices and availability.

Has lots of machines to workout on. Could use an upgrade anytime soon.

New member. So far, so good. Still finding my way around. Staff is friendly. Some of the machines have sequential numbers that don't represent lbs (e.g. leg press 1 - 18). Couldn't find anyone who knew what these translated to in lbs.
