“Galleria of flowers will be the only place I will buy flowers for any event. The customer service excellent, the owner, amazing!!! The flowers and plants are beautiful. My son lost his best friend on his birthday this year. I went to multiple florist looking for a beautiful Peace Lily, and when I arrived at Galleria flowers, I was in love. I purchased a peace lily for his best friend’s mother a day or two later, he lost his great uncle. I purchased a peace lily for his grandfather. I received a phone call once the plant was delivered, and his grandmother and grandfather could not believe how beauty of the Peace Lily. She has multiple plants, but she said this was the most beautiful plant she had ever received.”
“The flowers were delivered early in the day and were pretty but when I asked my mom to send me a picture, while pretty, they didn’t look like the picture nor the upgraded quality that I expected. “Order flowers on Valentine’s Day that unfortunately did not arrive on time, but I received a phone call the next day from someone representing the shop who apologized profusely and was willing to refund me and send us flowers for free. Although I was upset at the time, I was happy that someone reached to explain the error and went above and beyond to make things right. I will continue to use Southern Blossom as my florist of choice!”

“I placed a very important order with a local florist for a funeral this past weekend. At the last minute, I was informed that the delivery driver had an emergency and could not deliver the pre-ordered and paid for bouquet. I scrambled immediately to reach another florist and thankfully, I did. Not only did Providence Florist accept my order, they fulfilled everything and personally delivered the bouquet to the church on time for the Catholic Mass that began just 15 minutes later. I thanked the owner, Sara, from the bottom of my heart and marveled at her quick action and professionalism. “I ordered the "designer's choice bouquet" for a friend who lives in the Charlotte area and just got home from the hospital. She texted me a picture a few hours later, and the bouquet was absolutely beautiful!! I was thrilled with how it turned out as well as how quickly it was delivered to her house. I have never had a good experience with sending flowers online. They either have not arrived or have looked very different from the picture on the website. I threw caution to the wind with picking the designer's choice and am so glad I left it up to these experts to make her such a special arrangement. Just perfect, all in all!”

“I want to give a big S/O to Penny & Mark over at Fashion Flowers ,for creating a friendly and welcoming environment, Friday afternoon I was ripping and running around Charlotte to find a last minute Bouquet, usually you would have to place an order ahead of time , but things happened and I ended up needing to find a solution last minute, I was greeted at the door by Mark & Penny , friendly and helpful! explaining my situation, Mark goes to the back for a few minutes, but to me felt like a smooth 15-20 lol; Thinking he's about to come out like "no we don't have anything sir im sorry," instead he comes out with exactly what I needed, even wrapped the flowers all fancy. ,Penny checked me out with a smile!I really appreciate the both of you!
