“I live out of state and searched for a florist online so as to send an arrangement for a funeral service there in McKinney. I chose Big Bud's Florist and I was not disappointed at all! They did a FABULOUS job on the flowers! When I remembered to email them to have a picture sent to me, Alaine was so professional and did so immediately. She also expressed condolences and sympathy for the loss of our dear friend. Their system also sends updates on the status of the arrangement from confirmation of the order being placed, to being prepared, to being out for delivery, all the way up to the confirmation of it actually being delivered. Excellent customer service and efficiency. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!”

She was super sweet, extremely helpful and knowledgeable with our selections. The other owner Debbie sent me pictures of the arrangements once they were completed. Honestly, the pictures didn’t do them justice because once we saw them in person they were above and beyond what we expected. “I ordered flowers online for my Mom’s 93rd birthday and requested delivery on her birthday. Unfortunately, when I entered the delivery address, my browser automatically filled in an old address, and I failed to notice the error. Since I live in Texas and my Mom is in North Carolina, getting the flowers delivered to the correct address on her birthday was especially important. Bloom CLT contacted me by phone, and I was able to provide the correct address. They immediately contacted the delivery driver and had the flowers rerouted to the correct location. Great customer service! They quickly resolved my mistake and made sure the flowers arrived where they needed to be, on the day they were supposed to. I really appreciate their prompt response and willingness to help.”
