“I asked CLT Find if they could put together a box as a closing gift for one of my clients, & they did amazing! My client was from out of town & wouldn't be coming into the Queen City until after the new year, so I wanted to give them a taste of Charlotte at their out of state doorstep before they arrived. I requested certain items I wanted included as well as a budget, & CLT Find was able to quickly accommodate my request & ship within a day or two of me reaching out. When I went there to drop off the letter I wrote for him, my wife & I also really enjoyed looking around the shop as well - so many cool, locally-made goodies! We would certainly recommend (-:”

“I ordered the "designer's choice bouquet" for a friend who lives in the Charlotte area and just got home from the hospital. She texted me a picture a few hours later, and the bouquet was absolutely beautiful!! I was thrilled with how it turned out as well as how quickly it was delivered to her house. I have never had a good experience with sending flowers online. They either have not arrived or have looked very different from the picture on the website. I threw caution to the wind with picking the designer's choice and am so glad I left it up to these experts to make her such a special arrangement. Just perfect, all in all!”

They were closed that day but still was able to create a key chain for me due to the circumstances. I was very impressed at the customer service I was given. If they wouldn’t have been able to help me, I would have been a wreck because my boyfriend was having a tough week and I couldn’t think of anything else that would make him smile.Thank you so much for coming through in the clutch! “My best friend in New York surprised me with a birthday basket and separate chocolate covered strawberries. I'm not a big fruit eater and I particularly don't like strawberries because they tend to taste bitter to me. However, I was so pleasantly surprised. The fruit was all very fresh tasted great. The chocolate covered strawberries were sweet (not bitter) and delicious! Especially the white chocolate. I would have never gotten this for myself but I'm so grateful she did. The delivery person was very nice and wished me happy birthday. The fruit was beautifully displayed. Very happy with my gift!”
