The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the booking experience and the website in general. The process is a little tricky and yes you do have to book in advance. If it weren’t for the website I would give the experience a 5/5.

“This is the place to go! I made an appointment for my birthday at a different salon to get my ears pierced and they ended up canceling on me when I was pulling up to their store. I called like 15 different piercing places they couldn’t take me today and when I called Krazy Kats She took me right away and was so sweet and respectful even walked me through why none of my previous piercings were healing correctly.
