“These folks are the best! Nice bright jewelry store in the tired Arboretum. My need was simple - a #329 button battery for a vintage watch. Box stores had none in stock because of it being vintage. I called Malak to ask that they check their inventory and a nice lady answered promptly. Yes, inventory in stock so I went over and picked it up. While they would have included overnight installation, I had a tight timeline so I took it with me. I could have gotten it cheaper from Az but preferred to drive 10 miles to support a local Family Owned jeweler!”

“I have been in the market for a Rolex for over a year and a half and I've had no luck whatsoever. Granted there is a shortage and every jeweler you go to have is going to have a waitlist. I stopped by Windsor Jewelers in SouthPark and yes it was the same issue. The sales associate took the time to explain in better detail what was happening with Rolexes and offered me different options but I declined. I did get out in their waiting list so I'll see what happens and update when necessary. Overall, the customer service was great and the selection of watches and fine piece jewelry was nice. I would definitely recommend Windsor Jewelry for your jewelry needs based on my experience. I hope this turns out to have a happy ending.”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience at Morrison Smith. I took my wedding ring in (which previously belonged to my grandmother). To say that it is a sentimental piece and means a great deal to me would be putting it lightly. Years ago the wedding band, engagement ring and anniversary band were all soldered together. I was hoping to separate the anniversary band and get all pieces resized. Sam greeted us warmly a few seconds after we walked in. She immediately understood what I was wanting and talked me through the process. I got a phone call the next day and she spelled out all of my options and provided cost for each option. I anticipated some prong work would be recommended and was glad to have the integrity of the ring evaluated. Never once was I pressured into a sale, but rather well educated on my options. My rings were ready for pickup the next week. Luyen did the work, and he is an incredible craftsman! The rings came out even better than I could have imagined. And I loved getting to meet him on pickup day! I would highly recommend at least visiting Morrison Smith if you are considering jewelry repair or modifications.”

“I got my nose pierced at Krazy Kats long ago. Tee is amazing. Since then I have been in for jewelry. Once I didn't close my hoop properly and my hole closed up. Tee repierced it and put it back in. She asks if you're doing OK and is very thorough explaining what she is doing. The studio is very clean, decorated beautifully, and great care is taken to keep tools and jewelry sanitary.
