The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, when I arrived for my car, there were no sedans available, and the truck offered was filthy. Additionally, instead of canceling my reservation when I declined the rental, the representative let it continue. Luckily, I caught this before leaving the lot, but upon returning, I still faced challenges in canceling the reservation. Despite my high status, I had to contact Hertz customer service for assistance, which was disappointing.

Would not recommend. Waited a long time even with a reservation. Was given a vehicle with INTENSE marijuana odor, which the employee was already aware of. They instructed me to call around to other locations for a replacement because there was apparently no more inventory. No other concession or discount was offered. Took hours of my time to find a solution.

Car rentals are already an annoying and honestly terrible experience 90% of the time. But this was the worst one by far and I’ve had nothing but problems from any hertz I go to. From the apathetic attitude to the fact I called every single day for a week to see if they had a different car because the electric one wasn’t going to work and the employee kept saying no and then to seeing a full lot and then claiming it’s for gold members? Not to mention the fact that I got a filthy vehicle, smelled and wreaked of cigarette smoke, had a dirty hospital sock in the floor board, cigarette butts in the front tray, a lighter, a dynamite firework, MUD EVERY WHERE inside and out. Absolutely disgusting. The employee stated “I’m sorry we didn’t have time to detail it for you” and laughed and I said y’all had it there, I pointed out this stuff to you and you said “I’ll mark it on the sheet so you don’t get charged” but the car had been there for days because you also told me it was hard to rent out an electric car because it’s new to people and they want what they know? So is it a time issue or just don’t want to do your job? Oh and when I called not even 20 minutes after driving off asking to replace it with a gas vehicle that didn’t smell and wasn’t disgusting and his response was after offering me 6 choices to begin with mostly electric but a few gas cars, and was told they were all rented again by “gold members.” Terrible service. Disgusting vehicle. Never again. All hertz have been bad experiences but this was the worst.

Was just in an accident 2 days ago. Set up to " get " my rental next day. Tried calling, never answers the phone. Called my agent, then they answer. But have not followed through on getting me my rental paid for by my insurance. Here we are day 3 still no car and still pulling teeth

IF YOU SEE THIS REVIEW RUNN!!!! Out of this place.This used to be an enterprise location and I see why they also ran out of that location. HERTZ that now owns that location will be in the same situation. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS WITH A PASION. not only they messed my weekend up with not being able to provide a rental car but to lie and wasted my time. To that guy call Ryan that work there and put me in massive holds over 30 minutes 3 times and never call me back or got me a car that's BAD bussines man. I hope management see this review and do something about it. I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THIS local market. this should be call HERTZ WASTE TIME.

Horrible experience. Rent with anyone else.As other reviews noted, you will very likely waste your time and money traveling to this location to be met with terrible customer service and no car.

Took me almost an hour to get my car even with a reservation. Booked a compact car and was given a giant Buick. When I asked for a different car that I would feel safer in, I was quoted a ridiculous up charge which I’ve never experienced while renting with Hertz. At that point I just had to take what I was given because I was already running so far behind. Will never use this location again.

I booked a Hertz car (CONFIRMED) on AAA website, Uber($$) ride to location to pick up car. NO CARS!!! Even with a confirmed reservation - NO CAR. And no Customer Support at the Hertz location. I was directed to rebook (NEVER) to get a car at the Airport (45 mins away, more Uber $$$) or Concord, NC (40 mins away, more and more Uber $$$$)Then another Uber Ride back home - you guessed it more Uber $$$. That driver told me to try TURO for car rental.NEVER AGAIN HERTZ!

Don’t bother because they definitely want answer the phone so I’m canceling my reservation I’ve called multiple times trying to get some help with a rental and they want even answer! What’s the point.

They gave away my rental and still charged my card 2 days later for a 4 day rental that I didn't even use.i Do not recommend.

They will overbook you and leave you to have to figure your transportation out. My reservation was scheduled at 11. I got to the car rental company earlier than my scheduled time. There were no cars available. I had prepaid for everything. This was a total nightmare. Needless to say I had to go to the airport to get a rental. I feel like the customer service and handling of my situation was horrible. Poor job on hertz for allowing walk-ups to take reservations.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL USE YOUR CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!!!! Do not use their neighbor Service King either. Hertz charged my card 6 months later with no call or authorization needed just charged my card $200 & when I called they did not have me on file to help & said they would reach out after the weekend to fix the issue so I had to get a whole new card since my information was comprised. So thank you Service King & Hertz for the giant headache

Horrible Experience!! NO STARS!!This location must be run by crackheads. The manager Ryan, made promises he did not honor. Cars are filthy, and so is the customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!
