“Michael's has improved over the years now carrying hard-to-find items and a nice selection (whatever category I happen to be looking at). I would have given 5 Stars but there is often an empty an hook for an item I needed, and darn if I had only looked online to see WHICH location has the item needed - in stock. Lesson learned. PS. I wish they would do on-site classes again. Our closest location only has online classes. Not the same as an in-person instructor.”
