“This experience was AWESOME! Not only did we get to learn how to make some amazing cocktails using Uncle Nearest by a Master Mixologist but we also got some history on the Uncle Nearest brand. If you live in Charlotte or will be passing through and you have a couple of hours to spare...I HIGHLY recommend signing up for a class with them. Trust me it's worth every penny and is the perfect date night, couples night, girls or boys night out. Just a great time for everyone! They also offer private classes you can do a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 10. For my businesses, don't worry they got you covered too with Virtual Team building classes! Last but certainly not least, they have a shop up front for you to be able to purchase bitters, shakers, smokers, glitter, glasses, you name it! I also loved that the owner has a "bitters bar" for you to try it before you buy it!Will definitely be returning again in the near future!”

“It’s the holiday season and Murphy came out to play putting me in a pinch and in need of some equipment. I knew it wasn’t going to be the cheap and options were limited with needing it ASAP. Search from Greenville to Charlotte looking for it what I needed stocked. Everyone I called was out of stock or had just sold their last one. Then I called Carolina Cooks and spoke to Sheyla who texted photos and pricing right away and was even able to work with me on the price. I rushed from SC to make it before they close, just making it in time. I walked in and they had everything ready, helped loaded up and in just minutes I was ready to go. “I called to see if they could repair my Zephyr hood, but unfortunately they don't do repairs. However, Greg and Alex put me in touch with 2 companies who do (and who both have 5-star reviews), so I was able to get in touch with a reputable service provider, instead of Googling and finding a random company who may or may not rip me off. The fact that they took time out of their day to help me with this, rather than saying "We don't do repairs" and hanging up on me, lets me know that I will be using/recommending them in the future when I need a new appliance or do any renovating. So, so nice and above and beyond!”
