Once our selection was finalized, the craftsmanship was outstanding. The vein matching is seamless, and the flow across our countertops is beautifully consistent. The customer service we received—especially from Hilda—was truly unmatched.

“The guys called me when they were on their way, showed up early which is how I was raised, early is on time , on time is late, and late is unacceptable! These guys who brought me my water heater to Fort Mill SC were friendly and sooooooo helpful. They went above the beyond. They had a special dolly to climb stairs and with a 850lbs EMPTY these guys saved my life I'm so glad they were here thank you so much. “I called to see if they could repair my Zephyr hood, but unfortunately they don't do repairs. However, Greg and Alex put me in touch with 2 companies who do (and who both have 5-star reviews), so I was able to get in touch with a reputable service provider, instead of Googling and finding a random company who may or may not rip me off. The fact that they took time out of their day to help me with this, rather than saying "We don't do repairs" and hanging up on me, lets me know that I will be using/recommending them in the future when I need a new appliance or do any renovating. So, so nice and above and beyond!”

“I found tile collection through an acquaintance, and I am thrilled I did! Caleb greeted me upon entering the store and helped me find the perfect tile after looking at many, many samples. His patience and knowledge of the store’s products was amazing! Months later, I came back to order the tile when my remodel was finally ready. He remembered our consultation and arranged everything! Even with glitches in delivery from the supplier they used in Spain, he kept me updated constantly and listened carefully to anddress all my concerns. The installation was seamless and I absolutely love the tile backsplash in my kitchen. My bathroom refresh continued a few months later, and Caleb again met the challenge. He reordered more tile to complete the backsplash. It was only 9 finish pieces I needed, but he took the same care to make sure I got the supplies needed to complete the job. If you are in need of tile or other products, Caleb is your go to for finding the perfect materials for any remodeling needs!”
