$1500.00 recliner is made of wafer board and the remote controller failed after 3 years ! The remote is obsolete and people are charging about $175 on eBay for a used one!

Run DO NOT Walk from Lazy Boy!! I purchased a "leather" sectional sofa in 04/2019, with all the bells and whistle warranties available. My sofa started peeling after only being 4 years and 5 months old! Leather doesn't peel. The sales person sold it as a leather sofa. This is fraud. The sales people say how wonderful the warranties are. They are NOT. The warranty will not cover anything that is not "accidental". Meaning if you don't sit down on your piece of furniture with a very sharp object that would puncture the material then it will not be covered. I followed their service request form and filled it out in Sept of 2023 heard nothing. I followed up with Lazy Boy 11/27/23 only to be told that it was not a manufacturer defect. They have their telephone representative read from a script that the issue is not a manufacturer defect. They will give you another phone number to call. You sit on hold only to be hung up on!I would never give a 1 star to Lazy Boy but you had to give a star to be able to review.Bottom line...find another furniture store with better warranties and a company that will stand behind their product. Lazy Boy does not!!

We shopped for living room furniture in July 2021. Got a quote from La-Z-Boy of $6,300.00 for a Talladega Sofa, Loveseat and recliner. Delivery dates were so far out that we decided to delay our purchase. YESTERDAY, we decided to purchase a sofa, loveseat and recliner. Lo and behold they had the same model in stock. We were excited until we saw the SALE price, of over $10,000.00. Now I understand the COVID effect and inflation and prices being up everywhere but, an increase of over 50%. That's a bit much. More like trying to take advantage of the times and your loyal customers.Bruce C

We ordered an area rug on June 7, 2023 and were given an estimated delivery date of August 2-30. We were later told September, then October, then November and today we were told the end of December. Do not believe their delivery estimates! They have shown my wife and I false empathy and have a total lack of regard for their customers.

Do not come here their furniture is overpriced and faulty and they will threaten to call the cops on you if you're using the bathroom for too long without buying a product.

La-Z-Boy makes high quality furniture and they know it. La-Z-Boy is the leading name in furniture and they invented the recliner. It is a name known worldwide and since they invented the reclining furniture market they have to defend their position as King of the Hill. Patents. They have patents inside and out on the furniture. They are the only player in the game with a remote control on the power furniture. There are floor models that the store itself decides to keep in stock, as well as off the floor clearance so it is worth going in person. They can basically make anything custom with their fabric selection but you pay for it. Especially leather. The gallery is like a car dealership. While La-Z-Boy is sold elsewhere, it's easier to say Igot La-Z-Boy furniture at a La-Z-Boy gallery! Like all things made in a factory there are variations and defects, The gallery supply chain will have the higher quality inspection and scrutiny as employees are highly skilled professionals on their products and will send it back. You can expect but are not promised faster turnaround times as well for custom orders. The idea is you have to do nothing they take care of everything. The lamps and rugs and Tables are all very high quality, and with the design services they obviously want to fully furnish your home. This is where they can make the money back to keep the lights on, pay for a brick and mortar store, and pay for professional employees who answer the phone and literally arrive at your door. Everything is expensive today so a company with a reputation of being on the higher end but lasting far beyond the extra investment will have a long wait for production.I purchased my first WOOL rug from La-Z-Boy and it is amazing. I never thought I would pay as much as I did for it and I am so happy I did.The store is hidden behind 7/11. A hidden Gem!

Our experience with the Lazy Boy staff was extremely positive. Peter, our sales representative was very knowledgeable about the product. The interior designer, Nitya was extremely professional. The design options she presented were awesome.

My husband and I had a great experience at your La-Z-Boy furniture showroom. Shirley and Stefanie were awesome. We came in knowing sort of what we wanted and ended up with exactly what we needed and loved. I am so excited to get our new sofa, loveseat, ottoman and pillows. We also are having them come out to our home and map everything out for us. Can't wait to see what they recommend.

Furniture is super expensive ($700 for a singular upholstered chair?!?) and the service is friendly until you share your budget. The woman helping me literally said to me, “this isn’t the store for you” when I told her the $700 chair was out of my budget. Gave two stars because I’m sure the furniture is nice for those who can afford it. I can’t overlook the service though.

I was greeted very kindly by a sales person as i entered the showroom. I told him what i was interested in and he actually listened and showed me a recliner that suited me perfectly and didnt try to "up sale" me something i was not interested in. I was however disappointed there were none of the recliner i chose in stock after the commercial stated All Models were in stock and I now have to wait a month and a half or more to even get my chair but what choice do i have. I will say i am very excited to get my new Lazy Boy once it does finally arrive!

First of all, we love the furniture. It is carefully designed and very well-constructed.The service and staff were excellent. There was no pressure to buy, and the salesman, Peter, and designer, Stefanie, both treated us with patience, kindness, and professionalism. They brought creativity and practical ideas forward as we designed our sectional and figured out how to get exactly what we wanted into the space we had.Questions were answered with detailed knowledge and honesty. It was a rare pleasure to do business here.

Lise was very good and professional. We had looked at furniture a couple weeks earlier and she kept in touch just reminding us that she was there to help us when we were ready. We came back and actually us and my daughter both bought furniture. My past job dealt with customer service and Lise is very good. Now hopefully my order gets here in a couple months and we can enjoy it.

Your design consultant, Marian Rodenhizrer, was a star! She listened to us carefully and then took us to the chairs that fit our description. My husband sat in each chair and tried moving the chair in all the positions until he narrowed it down to THE chair, which we ordered. No hard sale, just listening and helping. Thanks Marian!
