Our experience with the Lazy Boy staff was extremely positive. Peter, our sales representative was very knowledgeable about the product. The interior designer, Nitya was extremely professional. The design options she presented were awesome.

Your design consultant, Marian Rodenhizrer, was a star! She listened to us carefully and then took us to the chairs that fit our description. My husband sat in each chair and tried moving the chair in all the positions until he narrowed it down to THE chair, which we ordered. No hard sale, just listening and helping.
