Metro by T-Mobile provides great and helpful customer service. The customer service representatives are kind, patient, and friendly. They work to fix problems and give needed information. Getting set up with services is described as a breeze. The store is reliably open as listed. While some feel employees do not go the extra mile, many would recommend this place to others and plan to return for future needs.
My rep Yasania not sure I spelled it right but was great. She literally tried to help me fix my problem and was nice the whole 2 hrs working on it. I would recommend this place to others. Great customer service there

They were the only T-Mobile store that was actually open at the time listed on Google. I got there 30 mins till closing and was out before they closed. Got me set up with home internet like a breeze. It's time to upgrade my phone so I'll be back to this location for sure.
