This company is a joke. We tried to rent a property that they managed. They wouldn't let just my husband be the applicant. Which is funny because he qualifies financially and has good credit. They don't understand the law with Fair Housing.

Laura Grant is an extremely poor property manager. She is terrible at communication and is very dishonest. She is slow to address issues and unprofessional. I would steer clear of renting any property she has listed and save yourself the nightmare.
