Apartments
Hours: Ginkgo Residential, located in Woodcreek Farms, offers a community that many residents describe as peaceful and family-oriented. With a convenient location within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, it provides easy access to shopping, dining, and major highways. The management team, particularly the property manager, is noted for being attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive, with maintenance issues typically resolved quickly, often within the same day. However, some reviews highlight concerns about the age of the apartments and the condition of certain units, with mentions of outdated appliances and maintenance issues that were not addressed promptly. While many residents appreciate the community's amenities, such as a resort-style pool and gym, there are suggestions for improved management support to enhance the living experience. Despite some challenges, the overall sentiment indicates that Ginkgo Residential strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment for its residents, making it a place that many enjoy calling home.
