“Never took my car to a mechanic myself so I took it here for a loud noise coming from the back of my car. They narrowed it down to the control arms and replaced them and the issue went away! Very friendly/clean place. Good pricing and gave me options on parts to order so I can save some money! Really good place to bring your car”

“I had a really great experience here. The staff is very knowledgeable. I have been having alot of issues with my car and the mechanics here actually listened to my concerns for repair. I didn't feel rushed and they explained my repairs to easily understand. The staff took their time with me at the front and on the phone. They are very organized and clean and they have the coolest, retro museum style waiting area, i would go for that alone. They staff gave me several options for repair and the prices are also very reasonable. I trust the staff and mechanics and i would highly recommend this shop especially if you live in the area. They also have a very nicely stocked refreshment area. I would definitely go back for future services”

“Metrolina saved my day!! I took my fairly old front tires in to have them rebalanced due to vibrations, and it was found that one was out of round, i.e. no good. Since both were worn pretty well, they both needed replacing anyway. Only problem for me was...I needed to have them no later than the next day due to travel commitments. And even though they didn't have my tire size in stock, they were able to order the the tires, have them delivered, mounted, balanced, and ready to roll in 2 hours! Two hours...simply unreal. And their pricing was very competitive with the big box and online shops. It's great to see and experience a business where customer-first type service still exists!”

“I blew out a tire while driving far away from home and pulled into the parking lot across the street from the Greasy Axle (in front of Family Dollar). A google search led me to calling the Greasy Axle based on proximity to where I’d pulled over. Russell came over right away and put my donut on. (Which based on how heavy the tire was and how tight those lug nuts were I never would have been able to do myself!) He was friendly and quick and really such a godsend in this stressful moment. Thank you Russell!”

“Pleasant interaction with the workers at this location. In and out in about 10 minutes. Oil now a days is EXPENSIVE!!! $91.00 just for a basic oil change. You are definitely paying for the convenience of a speedy oil change. They decorated for Halloween, which I thought was awesome and fun, looking at all the decor while waiting for the oil change. They do offer coupons, though, to give you a little discount. Overall, no complaints. If I ever run into the situation where I need speedy service, I will definitely come back.”
“Another dealership had told me my front brake pads were 85% worn. I went to Woodie's expecting to get the work done. I got a call from Daniel mid-morning to say he'd love to do the work but he didn't find anything. He assured me that the technician took it for a test drive and confirmed there was no urgent work to be done. I've never had a car shop be so honest and transparent. It was a refreshing experience. They have my continued business. 5 stars for Daniel and his warmth.”

Angel, not only repaired my car but he was super friendly, courteous and professional and thoroughly explained everything he was going to do. “I came out of my office on my lunch break to find my tire was significantly low on air. After filling it up at a local gas station, only to find it deplete more than 50% in just a few minutes, I took it to Mavis for a tire replacement. I was originally going to Uber back to the office for a meeting I had at 1:30, but Austin and the guys had me in and out in 30 minutes. I was back WELL before my meeting. Never had such speedy and friendly service.”
