“✨✨ About three weeks ago, I visited Valvoline to get my vehicle inspected, an oil change, a new filter, and a transmission plug. I showed up late on a busy Saturday, and they were absolutely packed. Despite that, the team was incredibly accommodating and got me in and out in about 30 minutes with all the services taken care of. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. They took the time to explain everything, but still managed to work efficiently, which I really appreciated. I waited a bit before writing this review to make sure everything with my car was running smoothly, and I can confidently say that everything has been perfect since. Their prices are competitive with other places in the area, but the level of service here really stands out. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone, and I’ll be coming back for my car maintenance needs in the future.”

I really appreciate you reaching out and take care of this incident. ⭐ Follow-up to my previous review — Jiffy Lube, Gastonia This is a follow-up to my previous review, and unfortunately, I have another issue to report. I recently took my 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE to Take 5 Oil Change for a routine oil change. During the service, the technicians discovered that the oil filter cap/assembly had been damaged during the previous oil change performed at Jiffy Lube. The damage was significant enough that the cap and related components needed to be addressed before the oil change could be completed. I have photos documenting the condition of the filter and the damaged cap assembly. What is most concerning to me is that I was never informed that the oil filter cap had been damaged during the Jiffy Lube service. I only became aware of the problem when another oil-change facility inspected the vehicle. Mistakes can happen, but when a component is damaged during a service, the customer should be informed immediately. Instead, I drove the vehicle away without knowing there was a problem. This follow-up has unfortunately changed my opinion of my experience with Jiffy Lube. I trusted them to perform a routine oil change correctly, and I now have an unnecessary repair and expense because of damage discovered during my next oil change. I am attaching photos so customers can see the condition of the filter and cap for themselves. I strongly recommend that customers check their vehicles carefully after having maintenance performed here. Very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. I initially rushed my review, but after taking a closer look, I need to update my experience. My first visit to this location was last week, where I had an oil change and tire rotation done. Yesterday, I noticed my SUV was leaking motor oil—something that should never happen after routine service. This raises serious concerns about the quality of work performed, especially for a basic maintenance service. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.”

“I have been coming to Walmart Auto Care Center (Wilkinson Blvd), since living on this side of town now for 3 years. I am always greeted with kindness. They are friendly and have me in and out in no time rather it is a oil change or getting new tires. Today was an oil change and she was great. I don't know her name but she was very helpful. She even made me aware that something was hanging from the front of my car before we even did the service and that she would take care of it when she lift the car to take a look at what it was.
