There was a part in the help isle that i had searched for at local parts stores and i thought id check o’reillys and sure enough i found it was the turn signal cam for my 83 grand prix and it fit. What a miracle find in the store without having to search online

So the O’Reilly store #7532 showed how much they care for their customers when today they closed 15 minutes early, they waited until I found what I was looking for in my car and started walking towards the door to shut the lights off and lock the door as I am walking up

The phone etiquette of the employees here sucks, no hello, no name, no understanding of what’s even going on. Maddy tries but she is also an under trained, she took 3 phone calls, answered a personal text and personal call before helping me while standing right in front of her. The Short fat Hispanic man @diablitoboy might be the worse excuse for a human. If he does work in the store he was not in uniform, did not greet anyone or even look up from his phone while I was in the store. It sucks that the quality of people working at O’reily has diminished.

Jordan AKA JT gave very good. Excellent customer service he was attentive to my needs even though your other employees did not. He found a way to make sure that I laughed and I felt good about myself when I left. I will come back if he's in the store. You should give that young man a raise. Thank you again for all your business

I walked in and waited behind a customer there was no one at the counter. The customer left the counter and look down the first aisle and return shaking his head. I walked down the same aisle and saw two clerks restocking the shelves. They both took a quick glance at me in a "please leave & I don't want to be here myself"! I yelled "hello, can we get some help please". Someone from the rear showed up . I was advised that the stocking clerks were from another store. That explains the rudeness I guess. Leo came to our rescue with a big smile!
