“Had my window tint, paint correction, and ceramic coating done here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Joe (I believe the owner) went above and beyond from the very start. Because I’m a truck driver and rarely available during normal hours, he came out after work hours just to look at my truck and give me a proper, accurate quote. That alone says a lot.
Joe was super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered all my questions, explained the process clearly and never rushed anything. He also worked with my schedule and allowed me to leave my truck with them for the week while I was on the road, which made everything stress-free.
When I picked it up, he went over care instructions and what to expect moving forward, which I really appreciated. The work itself came out great and the whole experience felt professional and personal at the same time.
Highly recommend this place if you want quality work and people who genuinely care.”

I explained to Josh that I’m trying to match the color of my house, I let him know that I found a paper from the contractors that did my house with the paint color. Josh went above and beyond to explain things to me, and also to help. Josh even recommended a paint brush that I should use so that it’ll look flawless. “I had some damage in my home & hired a company to handle mitigation & repairs. I was told to "get some paint" but had no idea how much, what kind, etc. I know absolutely nothing about paint! I stopped in to Sherwin-Williams and knew the color I wanted but that was all. The 2 people behind the counter asked all of the right questions & were able not only to recommend the type of paint to get but how much as well...and they were right on the mark. “Christian was very knowledgeable about the type of service we needed. We are in the process of upgrading our deck & and weren't sure about color. He took the time to get to know how our backyard was set up ( as far as trees) and then educated us on what would work well for our setup. This made our decision on color a lot easier! Ah-mazing! Thank you, Christian! Your employer of the year in my eyes!Our first time visiting this location. Christian made us feel comfortable.”

“This is a great store — we have come here for more than 5 years to gain inspiration through the paint chip wall. The team is great at advising around which paint type is best for your project at hand. There are sometimes even deals/discounts you can receive by email. And by setting up a SW profile, you can find paint color selection history should you ever need more paint. Another thing to note is that there are wallpaper swatch books at this store that you can check-out. (Only downside is it is getting harder to find wallpaper installers in Charlotte.)”
“This will be my 2nd review on SW paint stores in the past week so that makes me seem either1) weird2) paid by SWNumber 1 might be true but…definitely not paid by SW. ok so here’s the thing. Customer service died in the pandemic. Truly. Most places have employees who are apathetic at best. Not this paint store I am happy to report!Hailey, the mgr is super helpful and she recommended not only what we needed but was super quick and efficient. And she’s very sweet and upbeat too. It’s so refreshing when someone is knowledgeable and friendly. Casey was also on the ball. The store was spotless, well stocked and organized. Many claps for this location! My project is almost done but I frequent paint stores a lot for my work and I’ll definitely be back to the Selwyn location!”

“I had a wonderful experience at the Benjamin Moore Paints/CLT Paint Cures store. I want to thank Denise for providing excellent customer service on March 9, 2026, at this location. Denise was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I needed a Dark Olive paint color for my son’s bedroom, and I was undecided between the Semi-gloss and Satin paint finishes. When speaking with Denise, she helped me understand the differences between the two. After our discussion, I decided to go with the Satin finish based on Denise’s explanation. I purchased a quart of Regal Select Dark Olive Satin paint and a mini roller (to test on the wall of my son’s bedroom), as recommended by Denise. I told her I would return for a gallon after testing the paint, creating a 4x4 square on the wall to see how it looked.
After the paint dried, the Dark Olive Satin finish looked fantastic on the wall! I went back to the store and told Denise that the paint turned out beautifully on my son’s bedroom wall. I purchased two gallons of Regal Select Dark Olive paint and can’t wait to paint my son’s room this weekend. Thank you so much, Denise, for your excellent communication and help with my decision. I appreciate your willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I chose the right paint finish. This has been my best experience ever in a paint store. 10 stars!!!”
