Horrible service, lady didn’t want to work she let go a big sale

Customer service was not great no greeting or asking what we are looking for. Was on her phone and when I asked a question seemed liked she didn’t wanna be there showed us charms and went back to the cashier without speaking to us.Ended up not buying anything.
