When I first arrived, I was feeling a little defeated at cashing a check but Mrs.Felicia was my angel. She listened, expressed gratitude, and granted grace. She was so patient and extremely helpful! The staff members were very welcoming & friendly as well. I will definitely be back to bank with Pinnacle!
