Presto Auto Care is a family-owned auto service center. Customer service is friendly, courteous, quick, and helpful. The mechanics provide A+ quality work. For an oil change, they provided an inspection and identified that coolant could be topped off and an air filter could be replaced, with photos provided. There was no pressure to do either. It was a very easy process, everything done electronically with transparent pricing. Great service for a low PSI tire; they found a nail, patched it up, gave the tire air, and were very friendly and professional. An absolutely wonderful experience—they are so thorough and check a car from top to bottom, making everything hassle free. For pads and rotors, Presto provided a fair quote. Drop off and pick up was quick and easy. It was completed way faster than anticipated. Customers really like how they use the Tekmetric platform to keep customers updated on invoices, inspection reports, and service status. Highly recommend Presto.

Although they don't sell tires, they are able to handle swapping a tire that was going flat out with the spare. Great customer service as they followed up the next day to see if there was anything else they could do for me.

I have gone to this shop to have a couple repairs done on my vehicle. Customer service is friendly, courteous, quick and helpful. The mechanics have done nothing short of provide me with A+ quality!
