“I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Lindsey and Vinny. I went today on a wide car search trying to narrow it down. Lindsey answered all my questions, and if she didn't know the answer she would find out or directed me to who to ask. I never felt rushed or pressured which I LOVEDD!!! Lindsey you will do great in sales if you treat everyone how you did me and my friend. The cars are beautiful but she definitely made the test drive/and looking rx/nx worth it. Lexus is near the top of my list while the car search continues. But felt credit was due to her and her trainer Vinny! 😁”

But Brett is very responsive and patient to all my calls and questions. Also he is knowledgeable and very helpful to go further to finish all claims.

I called and it was past 6 when they closed: chris entered and he was a genuine, perfect employee over the phone.. diverted my anchor right away and let me know when would be a good time for both of us for me to come back and get the alignment fixed correctly.. 💖👍 a man named steve worked on my car, and he took his time and did everything incredibly correct.. at the end, they allowed me to come look at my car. Why are we still in the air from a distance and explained a lot of things that I would not have noticed... 🙏🙏💙

“I brought my Jeep in with a death wobble. The car wasn’t a great driving experience, I felt everything on the road and thought that was just how the car drove. I brought it in with the intention of fixing just a death wobble, turns out I had so many other underlying problems that ruined my driving experience. Turns out I was driving a car that could’ve taken me out.
Dan was very thorough and detailed on exactly what caused the death wobble as well as the other suspension problems I had. He sent over pictures and videos of everything that was going bad or is bad. When I found out everything, I just wanted to get rid of the car but Dan worked something out with me and we were able to agree on a price. Dan also hooked me up with a new steering stabilizer just because he said he doesn’t like putting used parts with new parts. After picking up my car, I took it for a spin on 485 and it sure feels good to be able to drive over 70 without dealing with the wobble. Went over a pothole, the car doesn’t sway and dip like it normally does. Rides smooth.
I would highly recommend poor man’s depot. They were very knowledgeable and great communication!”
“I cane upon this shop a while ago, inquiring about some repairs. The techs and the office were very helpful and nice. I had an issue with my fuel injectors leaving due to proper installation from another shop. I came here and they fixed the issue that it Had and also was a good turnaround. They take the time necessary to check and make sure what it needs. The tech explained everything well. I'd recommend them to anyone with lexus for anything you need.”

“It all started with a chatbot inquiry on Williams Subaru in Charlotte, NC about a used Ford Escape 2020 SE and Stephanie from internet sales followed up first thing on Monday morning and I told her my requirements for a salesperson and she set me up with Maggie Fore. When I met Maggie, she had a great smile and greeting and Stephanie made sure I was with the right salesperson. Maggie proceeded with showing the car, test drive, and when it was time to negotiate, she was my advocate when she spoke with Aaron Ballentine (Sales Manager) to finalize a reasonable reduction in price. Aaron even wrote a note to say let us get this done! Maggie took down all my concerns along with Aaron to buff out the scratches and paint the scrapes. Afterwards, I met with Kaetlyn Sweatt (Business Manager) who was also very pleasant, great smile, and attitude in making the closing of the deal as smooth as possible without pushing any extra fees or add-on sales. In fact, Kaetlyn made sure that the signing process for my wife was as short as possible. At the time of delivery and pick up, Maggie made sure it was the shortest time, and had Josh (Sales Manager) expedite any paperwork. My wife was pleasantly surprised with how smooth, short, and painless the entire buying process along with even a full tank gas at delivery. When I inspected the car touch-ups for the paint scratches, it was above and beyond performed by the body shop because Maggie Fore made sure it was impeccable. The scratches were not just touched up but fully painted and the car was buffed to remove any other light scratches! Maggie truly delivered and if it was not for her, that started with Stephanie assigning the right salesperson, this purchase would not have occurred. The exemplary customer service by the entire team made Williams Subaru the best experience ever to buy a car!!!!! Outstanding!”
