Public Storage in Charlotte offers free reservations with no commitment and an online eRental option to skip the counter. The business offers personal attention, and staff can be incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward, helping to navigate reservations and find options to fit a budget. However, the storage place is described as kinda old and not the cleanest, leading to concerns about items. There were also instances where a lock and welcome package were not set out as promised with nobody present to help. Renting a truck can come with the first month free.
Darby is just the sweetest, helped greatly with such a positive attitude! Thanks for making this a good experience Darby!
