“I had a large two piece hutch that was pretty heavy. The two guys did a great job moving it. They wrapped it in pads to protect the pieces and took great care not to damage the pieces or my home. I am taking off one star strictly for the base charge of $310.00 on top of the $155.00 one hour minimum. I fully understand the one hour minimum, but I feel the base charge was a bit much for a five mile local move.”

“I stopped by you Eastway location and spoke with Tia and realized I spoke with her some time ago over the phone at another location of yours and yes I did rent at the 7th St. Location and amazingly got the same great customer service in person as I did over the phone with a smile the whole conversation .Very noligible of the products, very informative, and what to expect and the steps to take and to top it off when she took me to see the units the property was clean as it was on 7th St. Extra Space Storage is the storage my Company will continue to use.”
