Ordered a pair of white vans, the order was canceled and I haven't even been offered a refund. Just an email about my order being canceled with a message that pretty much says, "this happens sometimes.". 35 dollars just gone. I can see why people are frustrated with this place. What a poor way to conduct business.

rackroom stores in Miami dade accuse customers of stealing when in reality the theft is the managers who give discounts to everyone who wants to, the district manager Sandra is the one who notifies the stores when President Bob It comes so that they do not find any evidence in my case I am a loyal customer of the company and with a receipt they accused me of theft without having evidence because the loss prevention accused an employee and they fired her without asking what happened you call the company's human resources and They hide like rats, please be careful, that company only accuses customers and employees when manager Sandra and the managers steal whatever they want.

I ordered a pair of Skechers online and received them a week later. The shoes seemed a little big. I took them to the store in Easton Maryland and met with the manager. She assisted me with getting a size smaller. I tried them on and she encouraged me to get them. I exchanged them for the smaller size. I wore them to work a week later and by the end of the day my feet were killing me. I went back to the store immediately and saw the same manager. She informed me that the shoes I had purchased could not be returned since I had worn them. I had to repurchase the original pair!!! I went home and used a damp cloth to clean the bottom of the shoes. I took them back a few days later. The same manager said there was no way she could take them back. I asked if I could at least get some of my money back since these shoes were included in the BOGO offer. She said no because they had not been purchased on the same day! Basically I have paid twice for one pair of shoes that I can wear! I was hoping for some resolution to my situation but instead received a cold recitation of store policy! I believe customer satisfaction should be the goal! I have attached photos of the two pairs of shoes. Rack Room needs to update their customer service policy to at least TRY to satisfy the consumer! My shopping at Rack Room is over! No wonder Amazon is doing so much business!

Worst experience at your 1721 palm beach lakes blvd west palm beach Florida 33401, manny was very rude, and as if he doesn’t even wanna work there, doors were locked early, he wouldn’t open it so I can speak to him, made me speak to him from outside, wasn’t even paying me no mind, called the store, to ask for his name HE ANSWERS. But I thought they were closed. Called again to see if he’ll answe and wat do I know he answered. Never going there again

I got a pair of Nike sneakers that had serious quality issues. According to Nike these are fake. Rack room shoes haven't contacted us in this regard after complaining few weeks ago.

Ordered shoes online for my daughter for Christmas. When we opened them they were used. I’ve called customer service repeatedly over the past 2 months and keep getting the promise of a new pair. Each time I call it appears it’s the first time they are hearing from me. Come on Rack Room, do better.

Absolute worst customer service. I purchased two pairs of shoes during a promotion that apparently is no longer running. I simply wanted to exchange one pair and they told me I would have to pay full price just because the pair doesn't fit. If you get a buy one get one, the one you're exchanging should exchange for equal or lesser value. That is a standard in retail business. The rep I spoke to on the phone ignored everything I said and interrupted me by saying, "is there anything else I can help you with if not this conversation is done." I asked to speak to his supervisor and he replied with, "that request is being denied." Talk about rude and ignorant. What happened to real customer service?

I ordered two pair of boots on 12/13. I did not receive the XAPPEAL MIRANDA 9.5M sku301975. (Was to be a Christmas gift) On Christmas Day, when she opened her packaged gift, it was the XAPPEAL LAURA Beige 6.5MNOT EVEN MY ORDER!!! TOTALLY RUINED MY DAUGHTERS GIFT!I’m dealing with burst pipes, and no water. I have no time to go to the stores. I want a full refund or please send my daughters boots I initially ordered.

My order is missing. I was hung up on by a disrespectful agent. I am reaching out to corporate regarding the fraud and disrespect.I purchased a pair of shoes and received a pair of socks.I reached out 5 times in 2 days with no help. I gave the agent my order number today after holding over an hour and she disconnected. She also had screaming children in the background. Very unprofessional.Terrible.

I was at your store in pigeon forge Tennessee on November 19th 2022.we had a total of 6 pair of boot we wanted to purchase. We absolutely love the buy one get one free sale you all have . I have been a customer there for many years. One pair of boots had a price tag of 40 some dollars and was ringing up more than the ticket price. So the manager comes over. She looks at the boots , and states that they were not part of the buy one get one free.. they were on the racks with the signs that sent buy one get one free. I’ll look at my daughter and say well. We will just buy those boots anyway. At that time the manager rips the price of the box and says these boots are $77. She’s not nice at all. And at that time I look at my daughter and I said let’s just leave we left six pair of boots sitting there. Because of your managers attitude. I will not be going back to your store . Do you need a new manager. Someone that knows how to treat the customer. The price of the boots no problem., It was her attitude.

Sara the manager from the Aberdeen, NC store is a joke !! Terrible customer service. I found a pair of shoes priced at 19.99 or so I thought ,that's what the sign said. Sara lol said the shoes were in the wrong place and unwilling to see my point of view about how the were displayed and advertised . Awful experience

Employee at your store 3551 Richmond high way Roger is not people friendly and I end up not purchasing the shoes he needs a training about the product and price detail and mainly how to speak to people politely I had an awful experience!!!!!

I’m deeply disappointed with my purchase from the Rack Room Store. While in Vegas last month I purchased a pair of boots and asked to have them shipped to my house so i wouldn’t have to take them on the plane. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received my boots. I’ve filled out customer service inquiry have yet to receive a response. I called store twice and was told a manager would call me and again no call. I want either a replacement pair of shoes or my money back. I’m praying someone from Corporate will read and respond. I’m going to call, email and send a letter to corporate until I get an answer.

Well I just got cussed out in front of my 10 year old son by the store manager or associate after spending a couple hundred in the store I called corporate and I left a message!! No wonder you guys are only rated a 1 star because you have to rate to review!!! I’m so upset you need to teach workers to have customer service and be respectful you should maybe do background checks on the people you hire!!! This girl cussed me out and just had no people skills at all I’ve seen better customer service at a gas station in downtown Memphis Tennessee!!! This girl needs to be retrained and coached on people skills

Had a horrible experience with the 'Manager' Adam when trying to exchange shoes. He wouldn't honor the price displayed and grabbed it off the shelf when I showed it to him. Therefore, I requested a refund. He gave me a receipt, but then he never processed it! Now I have to try and get my money back! Employees like Adam give a company a bad rating!!
