Rack Room Shoes is a footwear retailer that provides great customer service and a good selection of quality products at fair prices. The stores have a helpful staff, including managers and assistants, who offer a positive shopping experience. While the selection may be limited for some, especially for women's larger sizes, the stores are clean and welcoming, with polite cashiers greeting customers.
