“I came today to get a new pair of road and trail shoes and Mackenzie was so helpful! She did a scan of my feet and helped figure out which shoes would be best for both. She was super nice and I had a wonderful experience. It's nice that they have a good selection of shoes and running gear from clothing to socks to gels.
I'm glad I live a bit of a distance away otherwise I would be broke from buying all the running things.”

“I was dealing with foot pain (Morton's neuroma) and my doctor suggested getting new shoes with better arch and metatarsal support and gave me a list of suggestions. I walked into this location hoping someone would understand what I needed. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and when I showed them the list, they were just like, Oh yeah, we got you! They spent over an hour with me, helped me pick out better shoes and inserts to help my feet. Its been nearly a week and my feet finally feel normal again! I really appreciate the help the staff gave me and highly recommend them for anyone else!”
“I visited the Raleigh location and was informed that they couldn’t order a specific pair of pants I was interested in. Undeterred, I decided to try my luck at the Charlotte location, and I was thoroughly impressed. As soon as I entered, Maddie greeted me warmly and guided me to the exact pair of pants I was searching for. “Anytime I have an event or am going out I always start with shoe trends. I was looking for a heel that would stand out and I found it. They have a variety of shoes on clearance daily sorted by size. They follow whatever the current trends are while including classic styles as well for anyone who does not want to follow the fads. The prices are very affordable. They also sell purses so you can accessorize your outfit too.”
“This store has a fantastic group of employees as well as an easy, open layout to navigate between boots, accessories, and apparel. From the store managers, Dan and Caitlin (spelling?), to the employees, Brooklyn, Jaylen, Chris, and Kate, this is the best Tecovas store I've had the pleasure of visiting.
For context, my company had a small sponsored event where we invited people to come shop, chat, and have a drink. I arrived first to do some personal shopping and was met by Brooklyn, who struck up a conversation and asked me what I was interested in. She helped me find the perfect fit in the Earl boots, and suggested a matching belt without trying to push me towards a sale. She then treated every person from our event who came through the door the same way. By the end of our little event I had had a meaningful conversation with each of the folks mentioned above. They were all so approachable and welcoming that it felt like we were doing this event in our own building.
Major kudos to everyone at this store. They make you feel at home!

“She was absolutely amazing! She was very patient with me. I’m 6 feet tall so finding pants are very hard. So for the ones that wasn’t in store I could get them delivered straight to my house. A lot of different styles to choose from also. Highly recommend and she even has chef pants !!”

“My physical therapist recommended this store to me a few years ago, and they were so helpful and knowledgeable that when I needed to find shoes for my 16yo autistic daughter who toe-walks and has sensory issues, I went straight back to this store.
John and Margaret assisted us. They devoted a good bit of time and attention to understanding my daughter’s issues and needs. They then narrowed down the overwhelming field of choices to three and helped Harriet choose between them. It was a stellar experience, and Harriet is very happy with her purchase.

“I want to give a shoutout to the three young ladies working at the Lebo's store in Pineville NC today. I was looking for a difficult sized Hoka Athletic shoe and even though they didn't have it in stock, they tried their darndest to find an alternative in store, or at another location for me. All three made separate attempts to find an option to no avail. I had just come from Dick's Sporting Goods where I got very little assistance, so the great service was very noticeable. Thanks.”
