About Rivian Service Center
Rivian's Service Centers are by appointment only. Rivian is an electric vehicle maker, and our Service Centers are where we provide service and maintenance. You can submit a service issue directly through the Rivian app or call the 24/7 Rivian Service Support Team. Our team of service advisors will set out the optimal repair plan to get you back on the road. The service center has a waiting room with Wi-Fi, water, and snacks. If you’d like to experience a vehicle in person, please check out our Rivian Spaces or book a demo drive through our site.

I had to have the 12v batteries replaced. Both the advice advisor and technician were very friendly and informative. The repair was done quickly, almost didn’t realize I had been there an hour.
