I called to ask about mark downs and from the very beginning the associate sounded like she was in a bad frustrating mood. When I came into the store I realized it is the same lady that is always rude and in a bad mood. Thankfully there was a nicer young lady who could help me.

Went to Soma on a Sunday afternoon. Was warmly greeted when I entered. When I left I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my purchases. I was measured and the sales lady even offered to ship items to my house. I will definitely come back to this location. Great customer service!
