The instructors are always so encouraging, will take the time to show you the correct form so you don’t injure yourself, and explain the why behind the exercises that are being done. “Huge shout out to Chandler who took my layover and outfitted me with shirts, shorts, had pants shipped to me and helped me find a new briefcase. But it wasn't just that he helped me get all of those great things but the way he explained the differences between items, understood what I liked from past purchases and really help me see what I wanted in a new briefcase while I tried everyone in the store (literally trying my actual stuff in each different kind of bag).
