I went in originally because I was going back and forth with the fraud department over the phone, they told me to come inside the branch. A older woman was at the front, I explained to her what was going on and she said I had to make an appointment. I explained that I left work to come in, and that they didn’t explain that to me, just to come in. She basically wasn’t trying to help, just to get me out of her face. JIM (God sent, literally) heard what was going on and recognized me and told me to come on down. He actually listened to me and was trying to HELP me. He was so patient and kind, I really appreciated him. He definitely made the experience a lot more pleasant even though my account was closed, and I was just trying to get the remainder of my funds. The older lady heard our conversation and even at one point chimed in and told Jim, “if you’re smart enough-“ like what? That’s how you talk to your coworkers? How rude!!! He was so sweet and handled everything with grace. I didn’t understand why she made small comments like that, don’t put in your two cents if you didn’t even want to help me out to begin with. I wish him nothing but the best, but his other coworker needs to learn a thing or two from him. He definitely makes the branch, ask to speak with Jim.

Terrible customer service, Truist customer for a long time. Needed to swing by the bank, four employees behind the counter standing around while one was working. Felt like a Walmart experience.

I never I would be more than just a number to a bank. Shane T. at Truist has restored my faith in banking today! He was extremely polite and attentive. He had the answer to EVERY question I asked and went through EVERYTHING I needed to know.(Backstory--Victim of fraud through Wells Fargo, and had been with them since I could open a bank account. Fraudsters took everything. WF wouldn't even give me a credit to cover my bills!)Again big shout out to Shane Tomasek at the Galleria Branch.Genuine, truthful and informative! We need more of him!

This is the slowest bank ever. I'm not sure why BB&T moved to this small dated building from the original up the street but that was the biggest mistake ever.

Gladys was rude. We all have bad days. Trying days, things that we're going through at home, at work, etc. I could understand if I was rude to her but, I was not rude at all. Her customer service was less than stellar and she didn't seem to care. I'll be back though hopefully she'll be ok by then. The other 2 people that I usually interact with there are very nice and polite!

We got here at open and we spend about an hour just to process a wire transfer not sure if this is normal or not but it shouldn't. The guy helping my fiance and I is ridiculously old. Anyway thanks a lot Barry for wasting an hour of our lives almost and we were the first customers there

I cannot believe how slow they are. I only come here on days I can’t make it to another branch. But I always regret it. There are usually two people working and it takes them an eternity to help you, but if you call them they get mad at you. Today there is only one person here and she is taking the time of her life. Bless her heart! They need to hire more people.

Shane is an amazing Relationship banker. He is so knowledgeable and conscientious and considerate of his customers. There's nothing that he cannot answer or if he doesn't know he will find out. He exemplifies what a professional banker should be.

Jada was very friendly and competent on the phone, and Patrick is the most knowledgable and “get-things-done” attitude bankers I know. (I’ve known Patrick for 5 years, and follow him from branch to branch because it’s rare to find a banker like him.) Appreciate this branch team!

If you have a business to run, bank somewhere else. We deposited capital to run the business, and a week later (thankfully we checked) the money had an administrative hold on it. I attempted to speak with management to get the hold lifted, so that we could pay vendors and run our business. The guy I spoke with (Ben) was rude and raised his voice while trying to speak over me.Ben did call back later to tell me that he spoke to his superior, and that the hold would not be lifted. The hold is for 10 business days. As soon as our funds are available I will be closing our account. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service and professionalism I had to deal with today!

Worst experience ever. An individual by the name of Patrick M Dolecki (Bank Leader) was on a high horse trip. Wow! He gave a new meaning to customers are not important. Truist, your "Bank Leader" needs a lot of training! You couldn't find someone more disconnected than Patrick M Dolecki! Patrick M Dolecki learn how to treat people. That's why you were hired! If you like Truist go to another branch. Do not go to this branch Truist at 1935 Galleria Blvd. I honestly feel sorry for his coworkers.

I am not sure what is happening to this bank but it has gone downhill in customer service since I have been going here more than 15 years ago. I Gladys was very rude and unprofessional. She needs to go.
