Truist receives mixed reviews that highlight a significant difference in customer service experiences between staff members. Several customers report exceptionally positive interactions with specific employees. These bankers are described as amazing, knowledgeable, conscientious, and professional. They are noted for being patient, kind, sweet, and handling situations with grace. Customers emphasize that these individuals listen, try to help, are extremely polite and attentive, and have a genuine, truthful, and informative demeanor. They are commended for having answers to every question, going through everything a customer needs to know, and possessing a competent and "get-things-done" attitude that makes the banking experience pleasant. In contrast, other experiences at the branch are negative. One customer describes an encounter with an employee who was not trying to help and was rude, making unhelpful small comments. This staff member was focused on turning the customer away, insisting on an appointment despite instructions from the fraud department to visit in person. This disparity leads customers to note that while certain bankers definitively make the branch and restore faith in banking, other coworkers need to learn from their example. The overall impression is that the quality of service at Truist depends heavily on which representative assists you.
