The Book Rack is a great used book store with a huge selection of 50,000+ used books for $8 or less, including hardcovers, paperbacks, children's books, and fiction and non-fiction. They also have some new titles. The staff are always friendly, courteous, helpful, and provide great customer service. Prices are reasonable and great, though they have crept up a little recently. The store trades unwanted used books for store credit, which pays for up to 50% of a used book purchase. New books and most special orders are 20% off the publisher's price, and there is a selection of new hardcovers available to rent. There are often extra discounts, like a coupon on receipts for the next trip or monthly specials. The store has an excellent genre fiction section, particularly for fantasy and sci-fi. It is a nice store with enough chairs to sit a spell. A very helpful service prevents accidentally buying duplicate books from previous visits. Customers highly recommend it.

Really great place to wander. The maze like set up really takes advantage of the space. Prices are good. Love that there's a rewards program. My only qualm is that it was quite hot.
