“Overall the experience has been good. We have rented several trucks (3 trucks) from this rental facility 5 times in the course of 6 weeks. If you anticipate picking up on a Saturday morning give yourself more time as they have less staff to help. There was one occasion that they charged us for gas even after we filled up the trucks. Be sure to check your return receipts! I would do business with them again.”

“Great first impression, very clean with a well maintained fleet of rentals. Very polite Customer agent with very quick in and out the door. I also did go when the company opened at 7am , amount of wait time could change throughout the day. The 16' I rented was very smooth and had USB to plug my phone for music. Highly recommend renting for this company, with a 250 mile round trip I had no issues and very smooth feeling for a bigger rental truck. Will continue to do my rentals in the future with Penske”

“I am an out of state customer for Caroline Cat. I bought a used 305 mini from them. We did receive the unit with a few issues. But how we were treated by Derek the salesman and his associates was beyond impressive. I cannot get this type of service from my local Cat dealer in Texas. Carolina Cat never pushed back at helping get the issues resolved. Every single interaction with this company from purchase, shipping, to service after the sale is the standard you would hope for. “I rented a Pensky truck at Home Depot. Made my reservations online. At this particular location employees are very nice and makes the process at ease and when speaking to representatives over the phone or online; customer service is excellent. I rented a 26 footer with a lift gate. I wanted the lift gate because it will help me a lot with the move. I ran into two problems with the truck. When I took the truck home. I immediately wanted to use the life gate. I had issues with the gate coming out completely. My other problem; truck went dead after 2 hours but I had the truck running. With a moving truck with nearly 500 miles this should not be happening. I had to have a technician come out twice to help me with the truck. Overall yhe experience was good. Thank you PENSKYTo customers: In order for the lift gate to comeout completely; you must be on flat surface. Same as when restoring the lift gateIf you rent a truck with the lift gate; you must keep the engine running in order to use it and Pensky has new trucks that are designed differently so if the engine shuts off you must restart the engine in order to keep on using it. If you dont restart the truck, it will not start up and you will have to call representative from Pensky to bring a technician out to service the truck.”
