“VERY PROFESSIONAL. WENT TO GET AIR IN MY TIRE. TURNS OUT THAT I HAD A NAIL THAT CAUSED A SLOW LEAK. HAD THE YOUNG MAN, NOT BEEN WILLING TO CHECK ALL 4 TIRES FOR AIR PRESSURE, I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG. I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST THE COLD TEMPERATURE THAT CAUSED THE LOW AIR IN MY TIRE. VERY KIND AND PLEASANT WORKERS. I SURE WISH THAT THEY PROVIDED OTHER CAR SERVICES. IT REALLYFELT GOOD TO DEAL WITH HONEST PEOPLE.”

“Went there on 8/20/2024 brought my own oil filter and oil . I have a 2012 VW Jetta and they charged 26 dollars to change the oil which is a fair price considering the other shops around wanted 50 dollars or more. 6 days after leaving I noticed a leak on the bottom of the car so I checked the oil and there was no oil . Went back to the shop and they noticed the leak was coming from the oil filter housing. I spoke to the managers Ezequiel and Joel and they were very courteous and professional and offered to fix it for me free of charge since the leak happened after I did the oil change although it's hard to really know if it was they're fault or my own but they assumed responsibility and fixed the issue for me. I appreciate them for being courteous and resolving this problem. Theyve earned my trust and business . Thank you I will be back.”

“I came out of my office on my lunch break to find my tire was significantly low on air. After filling it up at a local gas station, only to find it deplete more than 50% in just a few minutes, I took it to Mavis for a tire replacement. I was originally going to Uber back to the office for a meeting I had at 1:30, but Austin and the guys had me in and out in 30 minutes. I was back WELL before my meeting. Never had such speedy and friendly service.”
