They stayed late to make sure my tire was properly repaired and safe to drive on, and they never once made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. The professionalism, work ethic, and willingness to help really stood out. It’s rare to see that level of customer service anymore.

“Been coming to this location for years! The advisors are very knowledgeable and helpful when presenting the needs of the vehicle they provide good info and let you know what is needed urgently and what you should plan for down the road!
My only issues is that there waiting area needs work can use work stations with tables as well as charging ports, a shade to block out the sun!”

He was very kind and helpful, I set the appointment with him which was very easy and he verified that he had my tires in stock during that telephone call. I arrived about 15 minutes ahead of my schedule appointment time, John was at the front desk. Checked me in verified that the tires were still there. I went into Costco for lunch and approximately 1 hour later I received a phone call that the car was ready. John checked me out and again was very kind and courteous. John explained several things to me regarding the tires. I am very happy with the service and look forward to going back for my tire rotations.”
