“Yesterday I had a sidewall tire puncture. The day was fast getting away from me. I threw the spare i on and headed over to Black‘s Tire and Auto. They literally had me back out the door in 15 minutes with a new, affordable tire. The tech double checked pressure and had me in my way. I tried to tip him for such acceptable service and he absolutely refused to take money (his word) for just doing his job. Great experience!”

“I spoke to John on the phone a few days before my appointment. He was very kind and helpful, I set the appointment with him which was very easy and he verified that he had my tires in stock during that telephone call. I arrived about 15 minutes ahead of my schedule appointment time, John was at the front desk. Checked me in verified that the tires were still there. I went into Costco for lunch and approximately 1 hour later I received a phone call that the car was ready. John checked me out and again was very kind and courteous. John explained several things to me regarding the tires. I am very happy with the service and look forward to going back for my tire rotations.”

At every turn, this Mavis manager and staff were friendly, highly responsive, and when there was an unforeseen difficulty made it right with compassion, ease, and service unparalleled by any automotive shop I've been to in 40 years of car ownership.
Although I was there for critical tire replacement that was a safety hazzard, they were able to fold in other critical services I needed, without delay and with exceptional quality! This Mavis manager got the tires I needed in quickly and was even able to change to a different tire, upon my request, the same day. Despite my limited time constraints, they fit me in to get the work done.
Without asking they folded in every discount available that I didn't even know about. The prices are great!
This is the only shop I'll go to! 10's across the board!!!”
