One star is too much for this bank! The customer service is the worst and for most customer related issues they cannot help over the phone instead the direct you to go to one of their branch offices. This company is a joke!

Applied for a HELOC, told I'd be approved for a certain amount and then offered half of that... Typical bait and switch- disappointing.
