Onsite U-hual manager was excellent & the service was quick & easy but the truck was dirty both inside the cabin & in the back of the truck. Broken glass in the back of the truck that I accidentally stepped on & had to clean up. Luckily no one was injured.

Tried to reserve a van, reservation never was carried out even with us having a confirmation number. Called helpline sent us to a different location just to not have the vehicle ready to go for that day. Don't waste your time trying to get a vehicle through uhaul anymore

They tried to charge me extra, especially the big guy. I bought gas in it after use and he tried to tell me that wasn't enough. Showed him the receipt for the gas and told him to compare it will how much mileage I used on the car. He found out that I was right and apologized, though his apologies wasn't sincere.

I have mixed feelings about this place. One time they tired to charge me extra for gas that they said I didn't put in the rental truck. I have to show receipt and all. The guy didn't even apologize. This incident is not about my recent visit. After that I have given them another chance. The lady that was there in my last visit, which happens to be the guys mom was a nicer. The guy dont even say hello or acknowledge u when he sees u or enters the place.
