Like the pick up location it was just a place for vehicles. I was there less than 10 minutes. Piece of cake.

Onsite U-hual manager was excellent & the service was quick & easy but the truck was dirty both inside the cabin & in the back of the truck. Broken glass in the back of the truck that I accidentally stepped on & had to clean up. Luckily no one was injured.
