Nothing to improve at this location. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and the store is very clean and organized. Definitely will come back to this location if I need their services again.

I'm very satisfied with my experience in general, this was my first time driving a truck and renting an u-haul and everything was smoothly. I rented one in KY and returned to this store in NC where I rented as well a storage, unfortunately the one I picked up was small for my stuff, so the staff helped me transfering it to a bigger one, everything was great and the staff was really helpful.

Employees did a very good job, though I was admittedly frustrated U-Haul’s online quote was off by 25%+. The core issue was truck maintenance and resolution. The parking brake handle was falling off to an extent I did not feel safe trusting that handle to release, but we also had to call roadside after the transmission linkage came unattached. I noted this in the check out, by nothing was done about this poor experience, more treated as we were just the unlucky winners of a broken truck. I called customer service, but the manager marked my ticket closed, claiming to have contacted me. Once I had the ticket reopened, I got an after hours text message instructing me to call back. Though we were extended a $50 credit, the tone and attitude was not appreciated. They did not seem aware of the main issue and said “it was neither here nor there”. I am rating this location based on this call since I am not confident in the safety of these trucks since it does not seem to be a concern.

Lanautica was amazing. She was super helpful and sweet. I even had personal car issues and she came to check on me. She definitely went above and beyond on her customer service. I would recommend her store. I will definitely make the extra drive just to deal with her and her staff

All U Haul locations in Charlotte I was juggled between Tryon Albemarle and finally ending on Sharon R. The GM Tye is the WORST GM EVER DUMPSTER JUICE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH and it shows from their manager and I'm from New Jersey and thought I seen the worst CSR experience but NC IS GARBAGE IF I HAD TO RATE THEY'RE LOWER THAN WORM FECES

Came for a refill on propane. Guy came out and said the employee who handles filling tanks was not going to be out for an hour…. Not great customer service

I reserved a truck and appliance dolly. When i arrived for my appointment on Saturday they didn’t have the appliance dolly I reserved and I wasn’t able to complete my move. The person I was working with wasn’t even willing to help me figure out which location had the dolly I reserved.

Rented a Uhaul trailer from here. Got there early and it was ready. We didn't have the right size ball for our hitch but Eric was really helpful and installed the ball for us. He provided us with wonderful customer service and went above and beyond. We probably won't be back to Charlotte but we'll definitely be recommending this place and Eric to our friends. I also had to call this location back due to a purchase error online (my fault) and Eric helped me with that as well. He truly is a great employee and an asset to this location!
